Good vacantion

Perfect location. Near to Old town and Central station. Good bath. Comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee machine and fridge.

Small room. A little bit noisy from other rooms.

The city center can be reached within 15min walk from the apartment. Apartment has a small balcony and coffee maker so you can enjoy morning coffee and the view while sitting and watching the street.

The room was really cute and well furnished + great location

We booked a double bed but it was two single beds put in one which was uncomfortable because they would split easily. Also the bathroom was dirty (shower especially).

Disappointing - dust everywhere; room was not clean!

The location was ok. We had air conditioner.

Dust everywhere. On the table, on the shelves and furniture, on the plates, on the glasses, on the lamp shades, basically everywhere. Only the bed sheets seemed clean. We had to buy cleaning products to clean the room. Mold in the bathroom. Very loud noises in the hallway. The sink was clogged. One toilet paper already used. The owner didn't respond to our messages after we arrived and sent him pictures and videos with the dust that we found in our room.

Registration and online access are clear, everything works flawlessly, instructions are timely and detailed. Very convenient location (15 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes - to the city center). There are supermarkets nearby. There was water, yogurt, coffee, tea, toast, cookies in the room. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, the necessary dishes and a TV with Netflix.

Not bad but not good also, Bologna is a small town dont spend more than 1 day there

It was a new room, smart tv, it has a lot of usefull thing in case you need to eat a snack or something, they left us some juice and water in the fridge and some cookies Close to markets/shops, 15 min walk from train station

The beds are awfull, like they lie in all Italy about the double beds, we were basically in 2 twin beds near each other, we were having a whole between us in the morning, there was dust on things and we did not have a balcony but there were rooms with ( i didnt check so may have been my fault) The area of city doesnt look so good and clean (outside the appartment - the souroundings i mean)

The room looked nice and had everything we needed. Self check-in was also very practical. Only a 15min walk from the train station, which was nice too :)

The cleanliness of the place was quite bad. Even though the facilities seem nice and new, the very dusty shelves, dirty dishes, patches of mold in the shower and dirty mirrors really lowered the quality of the experience..

Room was okay and good price however the location felt a bit unsafe.

Secure doors. Balcony Coffee machine Space for bags Air conditioning Interior design

Showers had mould growing on the walls and shower head. Didnt feel that safe as a location or on the way up to the room inside the apartment complex. Cups were not very clean. Was not clear enough that you needed to connect to the wifi to unlock room door.
