A good horel worth a visit.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal too. Enjoyed our stay.

We had 2 rooms. Both doubles but the 2 rooms were not identical in terms of in room facilities. One had a larger toilet with shelving and the closet had a door while the other was a smaller toilet with no shelves whatsoever and the closet had only a curtain. Not a door. Nor did that room have a luggage stool.

Expensive, overrated would not recommend

Concierge lady was very helpful as were luggage staff

Food and service was bad, bedroom was dirty (bathroom was clean) Debited our credit card for unknown reason and trying to get a refund but being very unhelpful.

Location is great - a block from our Broadway show theatre. Room was clean. Overall experience was good except for below.

Missing minibar items when we arrived which hotel charged us. I suspect house staff stole them and charged to clients such as us.

Great space and value right in the center of it all.

I have stayed in many NYC hotels, but the space that you get both in the room itself and the bathroom is very helpful when you have 2-4 people in one room with big baggage and are trying to get ready for the day. I also found the view incredible (was in room 3020 on the 30th floor) of the city. Great location, and we loved Stingers- the bar area. Nick was a great server, and he took care of us well. Everyone at reception also helpful. This is where I will be in my NYC trips to come.
