Such high prices water was charged and not complimentary Breakfast place was so small that everyday we need to wait 20/30 mins and the service was really poor . Concierge services were also not upto the mark

A nice location but we won't be going back.

It was a good location - very central and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Unfortunately the staff we dealt with at reception were not helpful and could not solve any problems. Our request for twin beds rather than a double for our two adult sons which we made in writing two months before we arrived was not actioned despite reassurances (in writing) that it would be. At check-in we were told it would be sorted out the next day and then the next day they said they were fully booked and couldn't change it. We had three rooms for five nights and the bill was a complex list of extra charges and discounts which were not consistently applied across each room. It was impossible to understand and we left without a clear understanding of what we had been charged or why.

This is a charming ,well appointed luxury hotel. Beautiful old architecture coupled with modern updates and a tasteful remodel. Walking distance to shopping and shows it won't disappoint.

There's very little not to like about this hotel.

Mediocre

Room was clean.

For a 5-star hotel, the experience was mediocre. There was no turn-down service, no one offered to help with taking our bags to room or fetching from room, nothing extra. Felt more like a 4 star hotel. View overlooks a cement roof.
