The InterContinental New Orleans exceeded expectations with smooth check-in, great housekeeping, and fantastic rooms with balconies and amazing views. The hotel is centrally located, close to attract (Read More)ions and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but do not have personal fridges. The hotel is clean and safe, with nearby parking. It's a great option for a stay in New Orleans.

Very good

Went to Sugar Bowl. It was very busy, but staff and valet were easy to deal with.

Corner had good view of sunrise and city.

#1457. Room was cool, 68 and could not warm up to the 70 we liked. However, it was not a problem. I wish there was some drip coffee in lobby for early morning.

We really.enjoyed our stay

Location was great as the business district is more of an adult area these days. Breakfast and staff were great. Trenaise was good for happy hour Oysters. Front desk staff was great as well.
