Excellent hospitality and amazing property. Every small detail has been very well thought through keeping in mind the customer experience. In addition the restaurant offers authentic food with the best in class experience. We loved our stay at Indra Mandala!!

The location is outside gangtok and quiet. The Newari and Tibetan food is amazing. Definitely try their burgers. The staff is the most welcoming.and hospitable.

Peaceful !

Mr.Pradhan is a wonderful host. He makes it a point to sit with the guests, answer their queries and offer suggestions. The support staff - Sunita, Nisha, Sabina, Ashish, Atunu, Chaman always wore a smile on their faces and ever ready to help without hesitation. Restaurant serves limited food, but the 2 chefs are amazingly talented.

Breakfast spread is limited. Vegetarians do not have many choices. Restaurant opens only after 8 AM. So, early travellers may have to skip their tea and breakfast.

Outstanding hotel. Stepping through the lobby I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They were always greeting us with a smile. The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. It was well equipped with all the essentials and had a fantastic view. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others who are visiting the area. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Beautiful Memorable Stay. Highlight of our trip

Loved our stay at this well curated bespoke, rustic heritage hotel. Located in a secluded, peaceful part of Gangtok it offers serene views and warmth. Our room was elegant with an eye for detail. Staff was well trained and very professional and prompt in their service. Food was amazing too. Lhasa Newar served us mouth watering Culinary Cuisines. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok
