Decent caretaker with renovations required.

Good location and Roshun the caretaker is a good guy. He tries his best considering what he is given to work with.

The owner really needs to look into the following: 1. Warm water is an issue even when electricity is available. 2. Almost the entire day there was no electricity which means no warm water, no TV etc. The owner is aware of electricity issues and needs to think of solar power. 3. Horrible experience with aircon in the main family room. The first day I complained that it was not working well. But nothing much was done. The 2nd night it just would not work. And then I was given an offer to get it sorted at 10.45pm (yes that time of the night). 4. There is a decent pool table. Its also well advertised on their booking.com page BUT there was one broken queue stick and another without a tip. All the fun we wanted to have playing some pool was evaporated quite fast. 5. There are quite a few villas in the same compound but most of them are completely untenable. The ambience of the compound has a lot to be done. 6. Slippery bathroom and no bathroom mats on a slippery shower where one of our family members slipped and got a cut. Overall I would not give this property more than 2.5/5 had it not been for Roshun (the caretaker) who really worked hard for what he had available to work with.

Disappointed with the management team.

I'm not the right person to answer this question.

Just to be clear, I booked this villa for me and my friends but we ended up not going to this villa due to the below reasons. NOTE: This review is not useful to you if you're looking to know how well the villa and its facilities are. I spent a couple of weeks looking for a nice villa for our stay and then finally picked this villa and booked it via "booking.com". The thing you need to know is that the payment is NOT handled by booking.com. The payment is done by us directly to the person who is in charge of this villa, so booking.com has nothing to do with the payment aspect of booking this villa (I'm not sure if this is applicable for all villas or not, but this is how it is for this villa). Then on booking.com's chat section, I finally received a message from the person (let's call him "person ABC") who is in charge of this villa asking me to pay the full price in order to block the date. So far so good, I just wanted to do a quick check if I'm making the payment to the "official" person from Ignite Villa (which is managed by "Tropicana Stays"). So I google "Tropicana Stays" to find their official site or any other page from where I can get their customer service number, which I did. I messaged that number and long story short, I was informed that I cannot book this villa because they do NOT allow "all boys" groups. So I texted "person ABC", who was earlier asking me to straight-away do full payment without asking any questions about the gender of my friends, and asked him if it would be okay that all of my friends are male, and he said (in his own words): "All gents not allowed Ups sorry" And there goes the time I spent organizing the plan, scheduling the final dates, and picking the right villa, down the drain.

Wow.... It was a beautiful place to stay great staff, do opt for food it's amazing the staff is great!!! everything is amazing about the place ! In depths It's a huge spacious villa with all modern amenities very good for all types of Groups. One must surely take the food option it's awesome , will surely visit this place again..

Beautiful Property.

We had been in one of the most beautiful property of Tropicana Stays named Ignite villa. Me and my family had a wonderful stay at the property. The property was new with amazing architecture of each room with modern design , the bedding quality was equal to a high grade five star hotel and the linens were of the best quality. We plan to visit once again in monsoon and will surely recommend this property to all my friends who will be visiting Lonavala. Thank you Anurag for suggesting such a good property we will come back again.

perfect weekend gateway

One of the best place to spend time with your loved ones..I visited this place last week with my family and I feel this villa has everything from indoor games like Pool, Carrom, chess and many More Swimming pool, lawn area and the most amazing part of this villa is its breathtaking view. It is surrounded with mountains. The villa is very clean and spacious. The staff were polite.Food provided was delicious.All the amenities provided are good and clean..this place is value for money...thanks to all the service provided by the staff. I will highly recommend this place and would want to visit here again and again.
