It was great. We were incredibly pleased.

First of all, I would like to thank the people of Barcelona. I have traveled to 55 countries and I have never hugged such a hospitable people. You are wonderful, dear Barcelona people. I love you. The hotel is perfect, the location is great! The staff is incredibly polite, the breakfast is great, the cleanliness is perfect, etc. In short, if you are going to visit Barcelona, you MUST stay at Icon BCN!

Single beds are narrower than standard ones.

Hotel is located on a quite street but at the same time is very central. Breakfast is one of the best I had in a hotel (and weve been to Barcelona many time mes before). The hotel staff is on another level! Guys from the front desk are genuinely attentive and friendly, and the hotel manager Alicia is a gem. She made our stay in the hotel really special by her constant attention to our family (and other guests equally) needs. I wont stop recommending ICON to all our friends and anyone traveling to Barcelona. Thank you so much for our amazing time and your hard work! P.s. Happy Birthday, Alicia! Pleasant

It feels more like an OK 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one. Value for money just isnt there.

The room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Perfect location.

The hotel is quite outdated, drinking water in the room was never refilled. Poor breakfast. Bad soundproofing.

Our stay was very pleasant, the hotel is in the center of Barcelona not far from all the major amusements.

Comfortable and clean rooms that were cleaned daily, a whole set of toiletries in a room and a pair of comfortable sleepers, nice friendly staff, good breakfasts and a terrace where we spent mornings with a cup of coffee, the whole hotel smells pleasant, nothing to complain about.
