Excellent place, I always stay there when traveling to Lugano by car due to big and safe parking

Big and practical parking, friendly staff, price, location, clean

Room should have a tea water boiler. That is the only negative point. All else is perfect :).

Do not recommend this particular location of Ibis although the brand has generally been reliable.

Good location, clean rooms and parking available at the facility.

Staff at reception on the night we checked in was extremely unhelpful and rude although they did seem happy to accommodate the other customer at the counter. The room door was opened twice by housekeeping without knocking even though the Do not Disturb sign was hanging outside. Also feel like the parking fee was quite steep given that it was a budget hotel.

Superb

The ticino public transports inclusive and hotel cleaness and the fact that was very close to the train station.

At the arrival the receptionist did not advise that the booking was mistakenly for one person so we received a call in the evening saying that we need to pay extra and than every time we met the staff were asking when we pay for the city tax. Abut annoying the lack of service. The rest was all good.

Clean accommodation and close to the lake. Parking was available and 24-hour check-out as well.

Parking was quite expensive at 22 CHF/day.

Location, friendly staff, clean, speedy and uncomplicated check in and check out. Mattress was really good too. Had good sleeps. Breakfast was also very good :).

The location was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at reception and dining were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also substantial.
