Location is really central 20meters from the centrum and restaurants. The room was pretty cold but was clean and for 1.night is okay. In the room you have to pay for the coffee that could be included if you pay 340 franks for 1 night in a hotel.. The breakfast was 5 Star. Personal very friendly.

Great hotel in the heart of the city with direct access to public transportation

Perfect location in the heart of the city with direct access to public transport (5 mins from Lugano main station to the hotel - drive-in). Clean and comfortable room. Good variety / choice at breakfast buffet.

Very good

Handy location if arriving by train, take the local tram down the hill and they are just a few steps away. Also well located within the city for your morning coffee and pastry. Can highly recommend a swim in the lake.
