Very good

Nice hotel but noisy room and struggle to get sun beds

Room right next to water and ice machine very noisy People were reserving sunbeds before 8am even though rule not to reserve before 10am!! Fire emergency door in restaurant tied up which is a severe fire risk,

Superb

Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel with a beautiful room.

Staff very polite and friendly - including reception, bar and breakfast room staff, entertainers and trainers, and the cleaning staff were all so friendly. Lovely room in a beautiful hotel in a great location.

The dinner was buffet and was expensive.

Overall fantastic

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were fantastic. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Would have been nice to have a heated pool as the weather was a bit chilly and the water was freezing.

Good location and lovely hotel - if you go Star Prestige

Star Prestige is very good, the separate restaurant, the bar with food and drinks by the pool, and the lounge area all enhance the holiday. The room was good, pretty big with generally good facilities. The location is good too, close to the beach and restaurants nearby.

The mini bar in the room was chargeable, I would have expected some free drinks in there. Also the bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable. The Prestige pool bar closed at random times too without warning, different on different days.

A nice hotel in a beautiful location with helpful staff but uncomfortable beds.

The location is very nice!

The bed was very uncomfortable. I asked for a different pillow but there was none to be had.

a bit too basic for a 5 star hotel but if you are not looking for a chick it has all you need

very good location, close to beach, the staff are doing a great job. Seems like the owner is running a lean business with staff doing multitasks. The animator guy who is doing aqua gym instruction, he is also a yoga instructor, a fitness instructor and a performer at night show. So, the guys and girls doing a great job. Reception people are good, especially Severine, a French lady was very helpful. Fresh juices at the breakfast were very appreciated.

the reason for not 9 points is that when we were taking food at the breakfast buffet we saw cockroaches running there next to food in 2 consecutive days. We didn't look for insects, but when you see them, it ruins the whole experience.
