They claim to be 5 star I would say its more of 4 star hotel . The hotel I came directly from was completely different

I liked the spa but no pool

They claim to be 5 star I would say its more of 4 star hotel. The hotel I came directly from was completely different and was definitely much better. The executive lounge was extremely hot, very very small, awkward and not stop stocked up. Rooms I could hear everyone slamming doors etc.

Ideal for our Hamburg City Break

Superb room, fantastic breakfast, lovely rooftop bar, short walk from either the nearest U-Bahn station, Hamburg Hbf (central train station) and easily walkable to the old town. The Junior Suite was ideal for our family of 4 (our young boys (4&6) shared the sofa bed and loved having their own TV).

Very good breakfast. Good location. Sauna available.

The room was located just next to the lifts, and we could hear the noise the whole night. The restaurant did not meet our expectations since not much vegetarian options for dinner (Saturday dinner-lunch menu with only salad as a veg option).
