Location, few steps to river walk.

They gave breakfast coupons only for 2 people even though we booked the room for 4 people. The first room we got had strong smoke smell then we changed the room. No micro oven. Parking is expensive at the hotel, so we parked in the next building. Room service food wasn't that great, especially for the price.

The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that I had booked with the room, although we had to leave early on our last day and missed the breakfast. The staff at breakfast always were a little confused when you told them that you had a breakfast included with the room but they did have a list which had our names printed for our two rooms as having breakfast provided.

We had two rooms. The hotel software on the television sets in both rooms locked up on the main screen and wouldnt allow selection of any other option. The telephone system would only call the operator. You couldnt call from room to room even when going through the operator. We arrived after a long day of traveling, and the check in person, assigned us rooms on two separate floors. He was not very friendly. After checking my reservation, I realized that I had booked Riverview rooms. We went back to reception talked to a different agent and got reassigned to our correct rooms and got two rooms next to each other.

Very nice room

The billing system and parking fees. I was charged $25 deposit and $49 for parking. I get a charge for $92 and no receipt. I was told the $25 would be refunded....what is $92 and now I'm trying to get a receipt.

I thought the rates were high. I didnt like that a bottle of water in the room was $4. I thought that with the price of the room bottled water should be free.
