The shower with the shower gel and shampoo dispensers I liked.

I would have liked if there were vending machines on the floors. Traveling down stairs for a drink or snack was inconvenient

Booking was accidentally placed...we were in Port Isabel Tx...Hotel near me.... Called Virgina Beach Garden Inn Hilton, Talked lTo GM...he assured me they would not charge my account... I am trying to resolve...LThey lowered advised immediately.... Calling again today...

Disappointing

Desapointed in this location.

Location was good, parking was good. Staff was pleasant and eager to please.

Price for the stay. Carpet in room had burn marks in 2 separate places. The hallway carpet was stained up and wrinkled (rolls). The downstairs entrance had cigarette butt that were there for the remainder of our stay, so house keeping was either short staffed or they didn't care. The coffee stand in the lobby was not clean and was not stocked up. The first night there were no tea bags and no creamer. Having an added $ 10-12 charge for a continental breakfast for the what was available was ridiculous! I have stayed at MANY HILTON Hotels and never paid for food and the room cost were never that high.

Good

The location was perfect! A short walk to dining and shopping. Customer service was great and super friendly. They responded quickly and checked back on us multiple times through our stay.

There was food left in my fridge, not enough toilet paper, the room felt dingy, and the bed was harder than expected.
