Disappointing
Very poor service in how they dealt with a very problematic noise situation.
Close to Busch Gardens and MOSI museum.
2nd night people jumping on our ceiling in the room above. Went to the front desk 4 times. She tells us she called and they stopped answering, and "it's Hilton's policy not to keep harassing them". We ask her to come down and listen to what is happening in our room as the walls are shaking. She does not come down. We are told the general manager will not be in for 4 days. Our grandkids were up past midnight due to the noise and wall shaking which continued. Upon checkout she offered me 8000 points, of which none has shown on our account. She stated since we booked through Booking.com they could not offer us a refund.

Location was convenient to where I needed to be but found it very hard to sleep at night due to the loud noise outiside,
Staff was nice and courteous, fitness room met my needs.
Way too noisy in the evening, was all outside traffic and people being loud.

Relaxing to the max!!!
The location was a perfect, safe area. Helped also that is was centrally located to family that lives in the surrounding area. Would recommend Home2 Suites to anyone that asks where to stay in that area.

Decent stay
The hotel is very convenient to Busch Gardens, and the room was very large to fit 5 of us.
The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The bathroom had baby powder all over the handles on the vanity and hair on the soap dispenser.
