The room and view were beautiful.

During check in there was an associate being trained so my room wasn't charged correctly. So while checking out i was charged twice. Now no one can help me and it's right at Christmas, so freaking frustrating.

Someone should check behind housekeeping and maintenance department.

Service at the front desk was welcoming and professional

First room we checked into was full of ladybugs on the blinds and many dead ones on the floor. Once we were transferred to a different room there were many strands of hair throughout the bathroom area and shower and the black out shades were broken

The hotel was very nice and clean! Breakfast was tasty. Convenient location.

I was expecting queen size beds in our suites, not full s size! Our plumbing leaked a little under the sink.

No value for the money. NEVER AGAIN!

It was dirty. Stayed 3 night. No room service at all. Had to ask for clean towels every day. It was nasty and I intend to leave a very negative yelp review.
