No cleaning or change of sheets in the 5 days of stay, towels neither change , I had to give to the maid every two days to getclean ones, awful service

Good size of room!

I was initially given a room that was properly cleaned. Had to request for a new room. The receptionist (during the morning shift on Dec 23rd 2033) was very very rude and disrespectful in the way she treated me during my conversations with her and during the checkout process. Had to deal with cockroach in my restroom of my new room as well. I have stayed in my hotels and Airbnbs, but this was the most disappointing experience. Wouldn't choose Hyatt place again. Going to make sure I leave my reviews in Google reviews as well! Sorry!

Do not stay at this hotel

Location, close to ballfields and shopping.

The room was damp, bed uncomfortable, needs updates, bathroom walls needed repair, carpet damp and dirty. I got out of bed on the 2nd night due to uncomfortable bed. Opened the bag with an extra blanket and pillow and tried to sleep on the couch, stayed there the rest of the night. The next morning I was covered in bug bites. I had over twenty on my left arm, almost the same on my right arm. The bites were also on my upper back, neck legs, hands and feet. I was miserable for 2 weeks. Thankfully I suspected bed bugs so did not take my luggage in the house, emptied it outside and put all the clothes into a hot dryer for an hour. I will never stay at this hotel chain again, I'll stick with Marriot.

Disappointing

I will never go to the Hyatt ever again!!!

The water was hot in the shower. The clerk seemed genuinely concerned. She went to check out several rooms before I was finally assigned a room.

I was quite surprised and disgusted with the condition of the facility. I told the manager that I chose Hyatt because I mistakenly thought the name Hyatt meant High Standards. The elevators were in poor working order. The floors in both elevators were worn, dirty and peeling. The carpeting was filthy on 2nd, 3rd and 5th floor. The room I was issued was beyond horrible. The carpet was badly stained, the doors to the little closet was off the hinge and damaged, the towels were dingy and badly worn thin. I was sent to 3 rooms before I settled into one that was habitable. One of the rooms had a cockroach in the shower, the counters were chipped, the towels were dingy and worn thin. I think the board of health should be summoned to inspect the facility!!!

It was great but the carpet made me feel like I could not take my shoes off

It was a good price and staff were very nice.

The carpet in my room had huge stains all around the door. We had stayed in another room on 11/22/23 and that room was very nice also but the carpet had stains also. I think it is time for some carpet cleaning or replacement. I dont like feeling like I cant take my shoes off.
