Review 1: The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable and very clean. The amenities were appreciated. This was one of the best Hampton Inn & Suites. Review 2: The Key Largo locati (Read More)on had great amenities, but the room and bathroom were dirty. The staff, except for the maintenance man, were unfriendly. Would not stay there again. Review 3: The hotel feels reasonably new, although the room had some areas that looked worn. The room was spacious and comfortable. Maintenance was prompt and professional. Breakfast was standard. A car is necessary as there is little in walking distance. Review 4: The property looked new and was super clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again. lovely hotel

This Hampton Inn was by far the best that I have stayed in. The room was spotless and spacious. What I liked the most was the coating on the bathtub floor. No slipping. I also liked that the shampoo and conditioner were attached to the wall in the shower. No fussing with tiny bottles. Breakfast area was spotless and the items good.

room was lovely,staff was wonderful.

breakfast should go a little later on week ends. noisy team were staying at the hotel running in the halls and slaming doors

Disappointed with no Wi-Fi as advertised and the location for a family stop over.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size.

It was advertised as having Wi-Fi but there wasnt any which made it harder to plan the next part of our trip. Also the hotel is a long way out from the centre.

It was a great stay! Above and beyond!

Everything- the room size was very nice, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again.
