The Best Western Fort Myers Inn and Suites offers bright, clean, and spacious rooms. Some guests had issues with slow-draining showers, but the hotel overall was clean and new. Check-in was smooth, a (Read More)lthough one employee seemed cold. The parking lot is small but manageable. The pool area is beautiful, although the water was cold. The breakfast was typical and the seating area could get congested. The hotel is close to attractions like Manatee Park and Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve. Overall, guests had positive experiences and would stay again.

Superb

Excellent experience

Location, climate and the staff. I was hesitant at first when I booked it, despite the good reviews. I had a great experience from my arrival. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

The breakfast and the breakfast staff. The young lady at the front desk when we were leaving was pleasant

The rude African American lady with the long pink nails was not friendly at all! She didnt greet us with a hello. Didnt say please or thank you when she checked us in that evening. She needs an attitude makeover.

OK, except for the last night.

Returned to the room for our lat night's stay after a long day of activities in the Everglades, and our room (my wife & I( was not serviced: bed not made, trash full, no change of towels, etc.. Contacted front desk, and since it was late, the person in charge (just 1), said that all of the room cleaning personnel had left. We were told that we could put the trash in the hallway, and that some fresh cloths and towels would be replaced Garbage stayed in hallway until late at night, and I had to finally go to the front desk to get the towels, Front desk said that cleaning personnel saw "do not disturb" sign or equivalent on door. However, the sign was inside the room when we had returned from our excursion. Not a good way to end our stay!

I knew I should've go with another company.

I like the location. Never been in Fort Myers however I think that area was a little too busy for me. I live in Foet Lauderdale and is busy, so I was expecting lighter traffic, less busy city. I wanted to get away from the daily rutine and I found myself going thru traffic like I was in my town. Hotel decent. I will give it a 2+ or 3-.

I didn't like that the walls were too thin, we could hear everyone's one conversation in their rooms from the hallway. Our room was filthy, sheets were dirty and it was sunflower seeds under the quilt. It was hair in the pillow cases. We found also paper towels behind the bed. We told the front desk and she came up to the room to take pictures so she could show management. She was kind enough to change our room and it was better. But still, the rooms smells like hard working man sweat. The bathroom was old and it seems that it was time to upgrade or remodel. Towels weren't all white.
