Disappointing and smelly at times

I like the location of the property. There were a lot of dining options within the area. Plus, being near 2 grocery stores within walking distance was great. The staff was accommodating as best they could be.

The hotel apartments are outdated. They need a complete building renovation and remodeling. There were bacteria gnats and there is always a mold urine like smell coming from the bathrooms and the vents. They have a garbage room, where people staying in the apartments can place their trash. That trash room contained gnats, and the hotel apartments were located by several guests rooms on each floor. This was unacceptable. A trash room should not be located by any guest rooms. The combo washer and dryer in the apartments we had did not dry our clothes. Maintenance should be checking these washer & dryer combos after every guest to ensure its efficiency. All in all for the price we paid, the hotel apartment was very underwhelming. Will never stay there again.

Great family apartment at the discount price we paid, wouldn't pay the full rate for that location

Two bedroom apartment was perfect for my tribe and a steal at the price. It was off the beaten track of the Dubai sights, so I was pleased to see a less flashy part of the city.

That the price more than doubled when I asked to extend as we have to catch a flight at midnight.

fair hotel but poor for Hyatt brand

Good size of accommodation

Too noisy from main road No children facilities or activities Bathroom was dirty around tiles near toilet early breakfast on last day was very poor (I.e a few dry croissants , bottle of water , banana and apple)
