Review 1: A family of 6 had a comfortable stay, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff, particularly Victoria, were friendly and accommodating. The pool area was heated but the pool may not have been ready. Overall, it was a great experience and they would stay again. Review 2: The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a good selection but the hot food could have been warmer. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking cost $5 and the location was convenient. Will not stay here again!

Location

Room was constantly cold, even with heater turned on high.The bathroom door was so wide that you could not close the door without standing next to the toilet in an awkward position, or standing in the shower. Cheap decor. Partially carpeted. Had to walk on cold wood laminate to get to the bathroom area. Mattress in need of replacement.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was fine. My bathroom had a hand geld shower which was excellent

Dish Network! Horrible! No streaming or even regular cable. Room was comfortable enough but sheets were past their prime.

Its a great place! Weve been coming here for years and love it!

Im not sure if this change recently but we booking I saw nothing about being charged 40 dollars per day in case of damage fee & also no where did it say that parking was 5 dollars. A heads up wouldve been nice because we were charged 160 dollars more for the deposit which I know well get back but it was just something I was not expecting.

Wonderful stay - would definitely go back!

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The fitness room was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you!

Poor

We had never stayed at a Hyatt property in the past and wont be going forward.

Great location but there were other hotels in the area to chose from

We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We had to go get fresh towels on day 3 and empty our garbage cans ourselves. Room was not completely clean when we began our stay. Air conditioning/heat unit was malfunctioning. Coffee was horrendous.
