Disappointing

Would possibly stay again. It was just that one individual that was unpleasant.

Clean and valet staff were cool.

The woman who checked us in was very rude. We checked in after 10:00pm and after a very long trip it was not appreciated.

Not enough information provided during check in. We kept waiting the entire day for our room to be cleaned only to realize later that we should have informed front desk the days we would like to have cleaning done. We only found this out during check out. The lady during check out was very helpful.

The staff was incredible! They were friendly, attentive, and thorough.

The pillows were very poor. I had to use 2-3 pillows to try and sleep comfortably, but still ended up with a massive knot in my shoulder. It was a bummer!

Very good

Very pleasant stay in Atlanta

The hotel is right beside Georgia Aquarium and within walking distance from many city attractions. Very good place to stay. Beds were comfortable, good shower. Breakfast also very good.

Valet parking is expensive. We went out and when we got back around 3PM nobody removed the trash and clean up the room
