Review 1: The stay was decent overall, with a spacious room and good internet. However, there was no drinkable water and the cleaning service was lacking. The $150 deposit was considered high, and it (Read More) hadn't been refunded yet. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Review 2: The hotel had an ideal location and was nice overall. The non-complimentary breakfast and $22 parking fee were inconvenient. The staff was friendly and professional, and the view from the 8th floor was nice. The reviewer would stay again if they could reconcile the expense and location convenience. Review 3: The hotel had a good location and attentive security. Check-in was quick and the staff, particularly Shay, was a joy to work with. The TV wasn't connected for cable, but Michelle helped change the room. The A/C airflow could have been better. Overall, they would consider staying again for convenience. Review 4: The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean, though the hotel was a bit dated. The check-in process was smooth, but the reviewer recommends informing customers of the hold and parking fee before payment. The entrance was confusing. However, the overall stay was satisfactory. Leroy at check-out was pleasant and helpful.

The pillows should have been king size with the bed instead they was small which made the sleeping uncomfortable had to prop the pillows up to get comfortable

NIce stay, easy to walk to Georgia Tech

The location is walking distance to Georgia Tech. It was easy walk to the football game. Felt safe walking to an from the football game. It also was easy to find.

The strong smells of weed when we returned from the football game.

Staff friendliness needs improvement. After 2 nights I came to the front desk asked for my room to be serviced and my request was totally ignored. Stayed 3 nights and my room was never serviced.

The entire hotel is old odd and dated, dirty, rug damage, doors cracked etc. It is jn really bad condition.
