Awesome feel-good stay close to a fantastic mall and coffee!

Amazing location, relaxed hotel, easy access to food and facilities, washing and drying, lots of families and nice roof top pool. Kind and helpful staff amd definitely flexible!

There could be more going on - organize a roof top barbecue or open the little pool bar, have an exciting bar menu downstairs. Cleaning can be improved.

Love our stay!

Great room facilities - washing machine,fridge with freezer. Near to 163 mall where everything is there. Easy access to Grab food services. The pool is cozy.

Great location. Worst hotel reception service and room facilities were old and not well maintained

Service was terrible. Room was not ready during check in time and we waited for more than an hour for it to be ready. Staff were not apologetic and said what can I do. No sorry heard from them at all. Room facilities poorly taken care of. Stains on bedsheets, carpets with holes and dirty toilet. For this price - you can get a better stay elsewhere.

Comfortable bed and pillows, bathtub

Living room a little dusty, cleanliness can be improved. Tv has limited channels and unable to access netflix. Staffs were not responsive or responsible in executing duties. Requested for fan as was having a runny nose and do not want to use aircon, they said ok but no one showed up. When enquired again next day with the front desk, the staff on duty said oh I forgot to tell you we do not have it. Had to go front desk as no one responded via phone and the QR code in room for house guest is not able to cater to the request. On checkout day, told the staff my child accidentally locked the safe, again no one showed up after 2 hours so we just leave hoping nothing importanr was placed in the safe by my child.

Location wise out of the busy city center. Very quiet and pleasant place to stay. it was our 4th time.

The WiFi was a disappointing slow speed.

Excellent

It was very nice room with reasonable price. Much bigger than my expectation include Bed, Kitchen etc. It was very convenient to use laundry machine with very cheap cost. Location of hotel is super nice, and there are so many nice restaurant around the hotel. It was good memory for me.

Nothing special It wasn't easy to understand how to use Coffee Machine in the breakfast. But over all good
