Very good

The place is very convenient for shoppers. From Bukit Bintang, we can still go to other places by using Grabs. Hotel staff were very helpful!

amazing

we love everything but im sad that theres no breakfast like it used to. we ALWAYS chose ANSA everytime we go to KL. the staffs we're really friendly. and asked for an extra bed they really tried their best to find one for me hence it was full.

Great location

Pillow has smell. Electric plug is loose. Noise cancellation is not strong, can hear people voice and car honk during midnight. The facilities quite old.

Nothing in fact.

We could smell cigarettes the first moment we got here. As non-smokers, this was a very huge disadvantage. The staff were unresponsive, we tried to modify our booking and shorten our stay and they insisted on charging us the same amount as in booking although we booking had cancelled our booking already. Note that this hotel does not offer any breakfast options

Perfect location close to shopping malls

It's at the perfect location at Bukit Bintang area. The room was comfortable enough to stay in and amenities are provided such as hotel slippers, shower cap, toothbrush etc. It's a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep and then go out the rest of the day. I was also given an early check in at 12 noon because I arrived early at around 10.

None of the bathroom and toilet lights were working so it was a bit dark. Other than that, everything is ok if you just need a hotel at a good location.
