There was nothing to like about

The rooms are not at all clean , the washroom have a very low light , the towels are torn and not clean , we have to pay for water and even for the dentel kit . This is not a resort its a SCAM

Great Hotel. Very Nice Pool. Great location

The resort is nice. Great Pool! Very large and lots of lounge chairs. Pool towels available. Good breakfast. Great location. Comfortable beds. Great view of the pool from the room and nice little balcony to sit out on. Only complaint is we had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Check in was at 2pm but couldn't get into our room until about 4pm. Housekeeping seemed to be under staffed. Highly recommend this resort style hotel.

Awesome stay, nice location, comfy rooms, ac was not functioning at times

We liked the swimming pool, the room, the decoration, the lobby, the staff, the hotel managment, the location, the facilities they offered.It was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anyone who goes to krabi

The A/C was not functioning properly.. Without that eveeything was perfect

The manager (Kao) was very helpful, efficient and cooperative. There was some booking mistake, she solved it immediately in a very appropriate way

There was some booking mistake. They told us simply that they are full and have no rooms free for us, 3 gusts. When I called the manger (Kao) the situation changed

No Seaview at all. They are misleading, just book regular deluxe rooms.

Service and amenities

There is no sea view as published , we had to stay in random room with odd view. we paid much more than regular deluxe room price for seaview, but they just fooling around people.

Nothing like a sea view, not at all.. but services are good.

Smooth checkin and serving every request promptly made our stay special.

I booked a sea view room and paid for it, but they didnt provide a sea view room. Actually i think there's no sea view room at this property, this misguided room information lead us to book the room, i would recommend that they just be clear and transparent.
