Disappointing

This was an ok once off stay, but wouldnt stay again.

The property was in a great location and was easily accessible.

When we arrived, our initial room which was a non-smoking room, smelt like an ashtray. We were moved to a bigger room which was nice, but the other room had a light that was on a sensor that went on and off the entire night, which we couldnt turn off. When reporting it to the property, we were told that no one had complained about it before us and that there was nothing they could do.

Average room

Room was cold - tiny oil heater not sufficient. Also not as advertised - said chocolate in room; there was none. Crisp white sheets I'm not so sure of either. Noisy room above.

The lady at the front desk was really friendly and super helpful and informative. Let us know about the multi storey parking available at the back

We were on the top floor. Long way up, many stairs to climb, and the WiFi didn't work in our room. An extender will probably sort the WiFi issue.

Great location, Friendly staff.

Bed was really hard. Room was extremely hot at night with no way to turn down the heat or open window. Thought the toilet was broken because it wouldn't flush. After trial and error ( and Stress) I finally figured out you have to pump the handle.

Overall a nice stay with friendly staff and good facilities in the room, if the curtains were more blackout it wouldve

Comfy bed, en suite, tv, easy access to the street

The curtains were a bit of an issue, as they were only mesh so in the morning we were woken up very early by the light coming through which was quite frustrating. Also a bit of a lack of privacy because people are able to see through the curtains especially at night when there is lights on in the room.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

There was poor reception in my room on the lower ground floor, couldn't make calls and the kitchen utensils/cutlery were not very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Glad there was a fan in the room on a hot night! Room was clean. Parking was available right outside and free from 8pm.

Property requires some general maintenance.
