Great and clean hotel on Place d'Italie

Loved the cleanliness, the location, easy access to metro station nearby and the interior design of the bedroom.

Room was super tiny, bathroom clean but needs a refresh. Interior design of the lobby needs to be redone.

It was excellent. I plan on returning at some point in the future.

The breakfast was great. The location was great.

The toilet room was way too tiny and cramped. None of the outdoor lights worked so all you could see at night was blackness.

The location of the hotel is good (near place d'Italie but far enough from the circulation). The hotel possesses two internal gardens that people would benefit from when the weather is nice.

My room was so uncomfortable and noisy. The clean linen service uses the main entrance of the hotel to deliver the clean linen every day around 5:30 - 6:00 AM. This woke me up every day of my stay at this hotel very early in the morning with no exception. So, if you are looking for comfort, look somewhere else. And when I reported the problem to the reception staff from the first day, they did nothing and only offered me to change room for my last night (which wasn't really worth it). And after discussing in writing with the division room manager, he offered a 15% discount for my next stay! Personally, I wouldn't repeat an unpleasant experience even with the discount. The official Booking website gives me more discount than that.

A quiet weekend in Paris

The hotel is situated off a quiet street. There were outdoor spaces which we might have availed of if the weather was more conductive to sitting out. ( it was November).

I didn't like the breakfast choices. The same cooked food seemed to have been sitting out all morning and was inedible. The fruit salad was sour. It was not up to the standard of the hotel and very disappointing.

Nothing - bear in mind youll be slightly out from the airport & main attractions but its very close to the metro

Excellent couples stay in Paris

Very pleasant hotel, lovely room modern imaginative decor, coffee machine, nice ensuite and toilet. Staff were exceedingly helpful for any requests eg we got wine glasses for the room, bag storage on arrival.
