Excellent location, helpful staff, lovely building.

I have stayed before. Standard of hot breakfast has declined. There was a slight issue over late housekeeping. Otherwise fine.

Excellent location.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the city centre near markets, patisseries, cafes and restaurants. The hotel would have been perfect if the room had a Smart TV. There is also safe parking which is essential in a big city. The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Its a great location to explore Montpellier which is a lovely city with amazing architecture.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Would recommend.

The hotel was beautiful. Great location within walking distance to the train station, and very central to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was also a highlight and the best we had in France.

The shower area was not a room, but a glass-partitioned area. Although the glass was not transparent, it still lacked privacy. Given I was travelling with my teenage son, it was a little awkward at times. For couple it would be fine... But it wasn't ideal for us... The hotel also charges a hefty deposit, which I was unaware of and was not communicated clearly but staff.

Very good

Comfort and quiet in central Montpellier

Location excellent: easy walking distance to all the sights/sites in central Montpellier. Convenient parking. Efficient friendly staff. Pleasant pool. Comfortable room.

More storage (eg drawers, shelves) in the room would have been good. The restaurant was disappointing: cold scrambled eggs at breakfast and minimal choice for dinner (so we ate out). Only one of two lifts working.

There was a serious lack of staff manning that breakfast was a disaster zone with one young man running around (working very hard) to try and get things done, but there were no tables ready and no food!

Beautiful building with a peaceful terrace and garden to the rear. Swimming pool was welcome in August

Nothing. The reception staff were lovely particular as there had been a mix up with our rooms. The dining staff were particularly inattentive when we had lunch but overall a very good choice for a short break in Montpellier
