Exceptional

THE Best place, I wish we stayed longer, and will return with great pleasure

I would rate it 100000/10 if I could, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed for just 1 night during our big road trip, I wish we found this diamond place earlier and rearranged our plans. Best comfort, most hospitable people, stunning nature, great cuisine, you feel like a princess waking up in the morning to singing of the birds and seeing cute horses from your window. Just amazing for a getaway to nature if youre tired of cities - though still close to it. Literally exceptional place!

It is a castle rather then a classic hotel

The castle-style hotel and the beautiful park were great. Evening the lighting of the walk-path gives an exceptional mood. The nearby stable and paddock were full of horses, they were "visitor-friendly". If you want to relax outside the noisy city, this is the right place.

Breakfast could have been a wider selection variety.

Great stay for a quiet retreat!

The staff was great. We came as part of our honeymoon trip to France and they upgraded our room to one of the better suites. This was a great surprise! The property and surrounding area was scenic and the restaurant was amazing as well.

It is an amazing, tranquil hotel.

The welcome upon arrival was perfect. Very thorough explaining the history of the farm and buildings. We received recommendations for relevant restaurants when we chatted about where we were planning to visit. Valentine was fantastic. The free EV charging available and free parking.

Limited menu options if you stay for more than a couple of nights. Not much storage space for more than a few days.

Amazing, incredible, beautiful, professional, quiet, relaxing and just a fantastic place to stay.

The hotel was amazing, the location was amazing, and the staff were amazing. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The pool was beautiful and the we loved the fact we were surrounded by horses! The food was really well presented and tasty and the rooms were very comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioner in our room so got a free upgrade to a suite at the end of the stay to make up for it, really appreciated.

Maybe more variety in the menu, but they do say its fixed for the month based on local availability as everything is local. Maybe some snacks in the honesty bar? And maybe a communal fridge so we can store things in there overnight?

Near to Montpellier - park and ride at Sabine was good. Large pool. Good food. Friendly staff. Quirky design hotel with high class fittings.

Room Henriette too small and expensive - tiny cupboard so we had to store clothes under the bed as no drawers or any furniture in the room - just a bed. Shower was in room so condensation ran down the walls. No Aircon and mosquitos and road noise with window open. Little choice on menu and very expensive. Only two starters and as we don't eat prawns we had to have cauliflower 3 ways for 3 nights at 20 each. On the third night after complaining we were given another main but first 2 nights we had the same meal. I am allergic to nuts which was discussed with the receptionist when we arrived but she forgot to tell the restaurant and the terrace has virtually no light so I bit into a load of nuts in my dessert - luckily I had medication with me but for someone more allergic this could be life threatening. Didn't really feel the hotel cared about guests - it was all lip service.

Amazing location and facilities. A lot of attention to detail and very friendly staff

Facilities are amazing, the self service bars are a great idea as well as the games around the pool. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The dinner on the Tuesday night was a set menu and the quality of the food was a little disappointing
