Very good

I am definitely going back. Can you pls fix these small things in the gym pls.

Its clean its functional the staff are great and the rooms are well appointed

The gym has only one yoga mat and I think the hotel should spend 20-30 and invest in a couple more as if there are 2 people or more training only one can use it. Also perhaps have some disinfectant spray handy so we can clean the equipment after use. The water fountain has a very poor rate of flow so perhaps fix that too. All very easy and cheap fixes.

Comfortable and clean and perfect for a business or holiday stay

Great hotel which complied withy our request for interconnecting rooms and even let us check in early to one of them. The staff were efficient and friendly and onsite parking for a fee. Easy to get to town with the tram just opposite the hotel so the location didn't matter so much being so far from the centre of town. Lots of lovely eateries nearby too . Great breakfasts

The staff in the dining rooms could have been friendlier but in general and overall good hotel .

Nicest hotel I have stayed at!

Beautiful hotel. Large and clean room. Restaurant was excellent. Had buffet breakfast and dinner during our stay. Decor was very nice. Ice was available. There was secure hotel parking available at an extra cost. The pool area was fantastic! Beautiful landscaped outdoor area.
