When I arrived, I was told that the room was overbooked and I would have to change rooms. I was a little disappointed that the new room didn't have the bathtub we had originally booked. But what disappointed me most was that the new room did not look ready, for example, there were no garbage bags in the trash can of the room. I told the front desk the next morning and they said they would take care of it, but when I returned to my room that evening it was still the same, which made me very disappointed.

I like the spa and the room space.
Alot of hidden charges . They charge 20$ daily for parking and 25$ daily for the resort, I wondered why we paid 260$ per night if resort and parking are excluded!! Even the 260$ per day was so much exaggerated. ++ tax abd charges. On the other hand, they took advance 250$ upon checking as security. And by mistake they took it again upon leaving. It was ended up by paying 1020$ for 2 nights 25 - 27 Dec. Is it worth? Of course no.

Great quick stopover.
Large comfortable room with windows that open! It was clean and well-maintained. Property is picturesque and set in a largely residential area.
I arrived later in the evening so I didn't get a chance to try the dining room. Similarly, in the morning, my departure was early so breakfast took place at the airport. Their hours are reasonable, but it was just disappointing that I couldn't have stayed longer.

charged $25 resort fee, no idea what that covered plus $20 parking...room smelled and the carpet was dirty...overall not even close to being worth the price we paid.

It was ok, we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, but the room was disappointing. Doubt we would return.
The hotel amenities and grounds are lovely and the staff take pride in maintaining them. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The main lobby, restaurant and gathering rooms are very nice.
Honestly, our room was quite shabby. I realize now that the deal price was reflective of the fact that it was an un-renovated room. However, I was not pleased to see stains on multiple lampshades and the couches were covered in cheap, ill-fitting covers that you would find at Walmart. We saw into several renovated rooms as they were being cleaned and they look lovely, so if you book one of those, you'll be fine. The hallways are also dated, so I think it's a case of them renovating in stages.
