Lovely stay

Very clean, and had beautiful smell at reception, bit like a bakery. Beds were super comfy

Could have a little more choice at breakfast. But thats minor issue as the hotel is soo beautiful.

Great location for Disneyland. Clean, comfortable room. Beds changed and fresh towels everyday. Staff so friendly and so helpful. Fab breakfast every morning. Fantastic value for money We will be back next we are in Paris.

Disappointing

Disappointing experience lacks the quality and service expected from a 4-star establishment

1) The ease of locating the property and accessing the parking, which was conveniently included in the price. 2) The welcoming nature of the staff, although their helpfulness was limited.

1) The property's actual condition was underwhelming compared to its online portrayal, with noticeable wear and uncleanliness, suggesting the use of low-quality materials. 2) The carpets in both shared areas and our room were not only dirty but had concerning stains. 3) Limited amenities for a 4-star property, such as the absence of basic toiletries like shampoo. 4) The breakfast offered was unsatisfactory in both variety and quality, a stark contrast to the restaurant's dinner service. 5) Poor preparation for our arrival, as the sofa bed we paid for was not set up, and the luggage trolley provided was in disrepair. Conclusion: Overall, our stay was a letdown, failing to meet the standard of even basic 2-star hotels. We regret choosing this property and do not intend to return. The value for money was significantly lacking, and the overall quality and service were below expectations for its rating.

Superb

Very good Hotel for driving guests

The Hotel was clean and nice. It has a large garage, what was really important for us. It is close to many restaurants and has a very good one in the lobby too (in the beginning it looked a bit expensive, but comparing to the prices everywhere else, it is not). The room was good for us 4, the beds comfortable. I read many guest here complaining of the breakfast, what I really don't agree: there was more than enough variety for every taste. Unfortunately it was winter and no time for trying the swimming pool.

Although French guests were always complaining at the reception desk, everything was perfect.

Holevely hotel and room, best breakfast.

I liked the hotel, its really modern beautiful, and are really pretty, beds sow comfortable and the pillow are very soft,didn't want to leave the hotel was really nice.Recomendet.

The cleaning services in the morning, dint clean the bathroom only change the beds emty bins and bew towels. It could be better.

Great location. Great price. Great hotel

The hotel was lovely. Very clean. Big rooms and a large bed which was very comfy. Easy to get to and from Disneyland with an Uber. Has a town close with loads of food and drink places. Staff were very nice.

Had an issue in our room with the television. Hotel staff said they would call someone to fix it the next day however it was never done. They may have just forgotten about it as I didnt remind them as it wasnt a necessity to have the TV.
