The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and close to shopping and the metro. Htel 31 Paris Tour Eiffel suited my needs and will stay there again.

I was looking for a short stay without the frills, but some degree of comfort and saw the rooms were small and compact from prior reviews and the location close to two metro stations, so it suited me fine. It was clean and adequate to my needs, and the breakfast option was a fair price. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

With the tea/coffee sachets and electric jug, some long-life milk serves would be appreciated too.

Brilliant

Staff were really friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect - about a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. The room was clean and well decorated and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom.

The only point we could think of is the bathroom just needs a little table or cabinet to place toiletries or belongings on.

Pleasant

Good and bad, it was pleasant at the end, affordable in Paris.

The location is amazing, 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, many many stores and restaurants around. There is a market every Sunday a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. I rated the property pleasant because even though we had some problems, the front desk clerk was eager to help us any way they could.

When we arrived, the bedsheets were heavily soiled. I asked to be put in another room, the front desk clerk was very helpful, put us in another room and offered a 20% discount which we appreciated. Unfortunately the new room had zero view and our window faced a big yellow stain spot on the opposite side of the hotel. The hotel looks fine at first glance, but when you really look it does need small updates, for example getting rid of the inside and outside stains.
