Very poor

Good location

The pillow was dirty with yellowish stain and smelly. The blanket had some stain that looked like dried blood. Whole room smelt damp and musty.

Very good

all good but a bit disappointed with one of the staffs treatment

the price is reasonable. the breakfast menu is mostly scrumptious and yummy. id like to stay in this hostel again soon

theres this one rude staff while i had my breakfast this morning (1st jan 24 at 8am) . the staff was in charge of the egg section. the fried eggs were displayed on the table. so you just have to take it and go. my mom took one of the eggs there and it turns out the yolk was runny. she cant eat runny yolk. so i went back to him and asked him nicely which one of the eggs had the yolk that fully cooked. he was using his phone and ignored my question for awhile without any response. after he settled with his phone he then asked me to just take any of the eggs. i explained to him about what happened earlier and asked him POLITELY if he could cook a new one for me. he grunted and geleng-geleng kepala while proceeding to cook a new egg for me. it was sad to receive this kind of treatment. if you cant cook a new one just say it to me la. but logically it was just an egg to cook. whats the big deal?

Disappointing

Comfortable but disturbed

Near to all atractive places

I stayed 1 night on 29/12/23 At 2am theres some guest fighting in the hotel room / corridor in 15-20mins . I was sleeping at that time shocked by loud noise during their argument. I called reception/counter to alert them about that but the telephone was left ringing . I felt disturbed and unable to sleep. I hope staff is alert to settle any problem occured.

Disappointing

Good location but....

Location is okay. Easy access to pasar payang, Pantai Batu Buruk, etc. price includes breakfast which is affordable.

The heater does not function, air-conditioning is cold but the fan swing is broken. TV channels are boring, blankets also have a black and yellow spot. Those who have sensitive skin better bring another comforter. Overall our stay is not that satisfying.

Very good

There are free parking lots. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The breakfast was nice. The room services were also good. We ordered dinner in; it was reasonable and tasty. It was much more convenient to order dinner from the hotel restaurant than having dinner out as most of the restaurants nearby were closed early.
