The room was wonderful, clean and the amenities were great. The Staff was accommodating & room service was super quick. Breakfast added to my package was very delicious. Special thanks to hotel manager Mr. Gupta, who arranged all the services/facilities & made our trip hassle-free & very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shimla.

Pathetic stay in deluxe room of victory hotel

Apart from its location, there is nothing good about it

I booked Deluxe room which is not at all like the pictures. Very shabby and very small room. They gave torn towels. No kettle provided. No view from room. Bathroom had an open window which I tried to close but did not work. On top of this, their staff is very rude. NEVER BOOK DELUXE ROOM, it worse than any standard room in any hotel

Comfortable stay with beautiful views of the mountains from the room

First location, it's very near to railway station and also near to mall road and ridge. Secondly cleanliness of the hotel, price and very good behaviour of staffs. And finally the food - delicious A definitely 10 on 10

Nothing as such. I will recommend this property to everyone.

Went for our 1st anniversary. The staff is very good. They helped me to surprise my husband by getting the room decorated. Location is also a plus point. Bar and restaurant services were top notch.
