The Hotel Tent Granada has a good location near the train station and close to the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views. The breakfast is variable and tasty. The staff at re (Read More)ception and the bar are friendly and passionate. However, the wifi connection is bad and the spa facilities are not as great as expected. Overall, it offers a decent experience with helpful staff and a fantastic location. Some guests found the bed uncomfortable and had difficulty connecting to the wifi without giving their Facebook details. The advertised pool facilities were closed.

Ok-ish, did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Location and price

Reception and restaurant staff (rude and unfriendly, they really need some customer service training). The bedroom was dated, in need of full renovation. The shower head was broken and the shower screen too low, water comes out flooding the floor. It was way too hot in the bedroom, windows dont open properly. There was no tea facilities in the bedroom and, quite surprisingly, there was not a single coffee/hot drink vending machine in the hotel to have a hot drink at night when you come back and its really cold outside. Please at least buy a hot drink vending machine for the hall of the hotel so that guests can have a hot drink at night when they come back. Train your reception staff to smile and be kind, please.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable facilities and rooms at a bargain price (in my opinion).

Only downside was that the A/C does not work very well, otherwise a fantastic stay.

Location, very close to the train station, late arrival is possible without additional payments, fantastic breakfast, big room, clean, tidy and warm in wintertime. Highly recommended

Hotel amazing but they need to add a method for the spa with bookings if not no chance to use it.

Is clean is nice nice reception people

The spa is too small and needs a bit of investment Plus I recommend make with bookings is max 2 people in the jacuzzi i went to this hotel to take my mum i couldnt was closing 8:30 and 2 people was already there. Give priority to people if they book everyone has a chance to use it. I cant say to that people you have enough let me use it.
