The Eurostars Puerta Real offers decent rooms, but they lean more towards a three-star level and have a business focus. The elevator can be slow and crowded. Some guests may find the designated break (Read More)fast hours inconvenient, and the car parking is expensive at 22 euros per day. However, the hotel is in a central location, within walking distance of the old town and Alhambra. The rooms are spacious and have good air conditioning, although the plumbing and bed comfort could be improved. The staff is efficient and friendly. Overall, it is a pleasant hotel with a lot of potential.

Very good

Nice hotel right in the centre of Granada

Right in the centre of Granada where all the tourist attractions and shopping is. Nice modern and fresh decoration. I thought overall it was good value for money. Staff was wonderful - friendly and super helpful. Answered all my questions patiently.

It was hard to arrive as parking nearby wasn't super easy. The city was busy and there are a lot of one-ways or bus-only streets which we had to brave to get to the hotel. The rooms are quite small, but totally adequate for a weekend trip.

No smart TV Breakfast really average Balcony door was not set properly , noise could pass through joints Parking was full - 20e extra for other parking No robe/sleepers Terrace closed ( was not mentioned during booking)

Granada on Christmas!

Two bathrooms in the family room were a bonus. The pull out bed was queen size so two smaller kids can fit in well. Location is very convenient to all of the restaurants and walking distance to many of the city sites!

Coffee machine was not my favorite!

Superb

It was pretty good. The bed and bathroom were spacious and super comfy. The room had a lot of storage. The room was very well planned. The staff were very helpful and kind. We loved our stay.

I think breakfast could be better. The eggs were cold. Most of the food was carbs.
