Very good

Selection of cold buffet breakfast was good. However the hot selection was often Luke warm and not of a high standard.

Very disappointing

Hotel was clean.

The views from our windows were looking into apartment blocks with washing hanging on all the balconies. The bed was very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. We had to pay 15 each for an hour in the jacuzzi and steam rooms. We had food on the last night and chicken was raw in the middle. I had a bad upset tummy the next day that wasn't ideal for travelling. Staff at hotel were friendly enough but not overly helpful.

Nice stay

We were given free upgrade to Suite Room which was very nice, it was spacious, super clean and lovely modern bathroom with walk in closet.

No parking on site.

Could have been 4 star hotel !!!

I was a given a free room upgrade and could have been staying in a 4* hotel! Great space with lounge and two balconies. Perfect facilities all round.

Nice hotel and service-minded staff. Good breakfast. Nice room and great bathroom.

The temperature in the room was a bit too hot for me to sleep well (even using the A/C).

Brilliant stay. Would 100% choose this hotel again!

Fabulous room. Very clean and modern. Our room overlooked the front onto the street but there was no traffic noise at all in our room. Helpful friendly staff. Great location for walking to Alhambra, cathedral and centre of town. There was a large selection of things for breakfast. The dining room staff are friendly and work very hard to replenish the buffet and clear away dishes. Great chef on the omelette station who makes you a fresh omelette of your choice!
