The location is a bit distant from main attractions if you do not have a car and you have to travel or phone a taxi

The nature was awsome, and the view from the dining hall as well. It is near to the bust stop which takes you to the city center. The food was good.

The staff didn't speak in english at least they didn't talk to us just at the check in and check out. The room was not clean. The hotel isn't soundproof and every morning and evening too, when we tried to sleep it was always noisy, very noisy! And I mean we could hear the nois at 12 pm and also at 7 am. This is not acceptable in a hotel!

The location was good, the room was very big and warm. It has a spacious parking place, and the wellness part of the hotel is ok with some faulty or loose shower facilities.

Around 70% of the information was only in Polish language, the food including. So for dinner or for breakfast, you ate what you recognised, the rest remaining a mistery. The room with mountain view is great unless you get a room where the view is obstructed by a cabin or a shack.

Excursions are not organized. There was dust on the towel rail in the bath. Garbage on the stairs was not cleaned for 3 days

Very good

Clean and comfortable room, simple but nice SPA, great location.

Breakfast was ok but it is a pity that the delicious oat porridge was available only one time. Also the queues at 8 am and lack of sitting room in the breakfast hall are a minus. It would be also great to move the breakfast to 7 am to allow earlier departure for hiking.
