Superb

Comfort and very clean rooms, nice and polite staff, convenient location, 35-40 min walking distance to central street Krupowki. As for the breakfast - it was truly the best breakfast we've ever had in Zakopane hotels or other hotels nearby! A great variety of dishes, which were very tasty and cooked with love. A separate thanks to the cooks for "shuba" salad, we were surprised to have it on Christmas morning, and it was very delicious, as well as other dishes.

We ordered a sauna, but they launched it off 1 hour before the SPA finishes, so sauna became colder and colder. Also the sauna door wasn't closing tightly, and was opening itself.

Very nice location, promised mountain view, clean sheets and hotelroom in general. The hotel is close to the national park, which is very convenient for hiking

Late check-in (any request below 3pm rejected), and sometimes lack of contact from the reception (2 out of 3 calls ignored)

RACIST hotel

Location

This hotel is RACIST ! On check in the receptionist was extremely rude .. I asked if we had a room with a view and was told in a hostile manner that it is what they have and if I dont like it .. I can cancel .. when I got home .. even tho I STAYED there .. I got a partial refund saying that it was because I did not show up even tho I actually stayed at the hotel ! ( I am Indo Caribbean living in England )

Beautiful, warm, pleasant, tasty, Ill come back and bring friends!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I liked the room, clean, new, comfortable beds. There was a separate wide sofa for the child. The view from the room is straight to the mountain, very beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious and believe us, there is something to compare with.) Parking is free, which is nice. But most of all I wanted to mention Weronika and Dmytro, recepcja. Very nice and polite staff. They are loyal to their clients, they try to make their holiday comfortable, calm and make you want to come back to them again. I highly recommend the hotel, you will be satisfied.

Quite location, comfortable room and excellent breakfast

Excellent breakfast. Lots of choice. Bus stop into town centre at the top of the road

The breakfast was fine.

The room says it comes with a patio but I think the Polish way of understanding a room with a patio is that it is the shared patio of the hotel and not connected to the room.

I was upset about the patio. I didn't find the staff very helpful, but I'm also American.
