Walking distance to Krupowki. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are included and available in the basement.

When you drive to the hotel you are distracted by the hotel sign and parking near the building. This is the wrong entrance. You need to park across the street. That was not obvious when we arrived.

Nice hotel to stay, not new but good location and pro staff

- location close to Krupowki and not far from hiking routes - staff is professional and nice - amazing breakfast - spa (basic but good to use after long hikes) - parking in front of the hotel but paid extra

- rooms are quite old but tidy - some rooms have quite old bathrooms

Very good hotel in a convenient, central location.

Very good hotel in a convenient, central location only a few minutes walk from the main street. Good breakfast buffet in pleasant surroundings. Good spa facilities with a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. I was pleased to be given an upgrade from a single room to a double with a nice, spacious balcony.

The changing facilities in the spa could be improved. The bedroom would benefit from some redecoration.

During booking the system allows you to choose either two single beds or one big bed; since I was travelling with my fiance, I booked a big bed room. Later the same day I received an automatic email that stated that the bed option will be given as of the availability. On the day of arrival we entered the room and there were two separate beds. It is better to put two different positions in booking rather than giving people an option to choose and not giving them the desired result in the end. Swimming pool is quite small and only up to 1.47m; one jacuzzi only (suits 5 people). When we came to the room, the ceiling was old and damp; the smell in the room was not good; it was a smell of chlorine and dampness (cause right next to the room there are the stairs to the pool). One more thing that I did not like is that we asked for the slippers and the dental kit at the reception but the receptionist said they do not have neither of those. That is fine by not having a kit but slippers, I would say, are a must, especially when you want to go to the swimming pool (take your flip-flops). And final, the price is too high considering all of the above.
