Good location, but way too expensive for the off season.

Great location. Beautiful lobby. Nice bar.

Way too expensive for off season. Crummy little room with a terrible view. Noisy heating/cooling outside the window. The whole building was baking hot on a cold snowy night. Dead cricket in the bathtub. Tiny TV. Tiny bathroom.

Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything in Santa Fe

Great vintage hotel in the center of Santa Fe where the churches, restaurants, and shops are. Great location! All hotel staff I interacted with were awesome! I would stay here again.

Floor in room on 3rd floor was a little uneven but not a deal breaker.

Exceptional

The hotel location was great - easy walk to sites and restaurants. Comfortable and historic ambience, rooms were a good size. Bathroom counter space could be a little bigger for women to do make-up and hair. Shelves are good but counter space is better. People were welcoming. Thank you.

Location was wonderful, Restaurant and bar was very nice.

Room was extremely small The sink was not in the bathroom and it had no room to put your stuff. Air conditioning did not work in our room so they moved us. Still did not work....we opened the window and the air-conditioning units were right outside our window so it was loud. It was a quaint hotel and worked fine for our 2 night stay.

The best thing about the property is the location.

The room was very small. There wasnt enough room to put our baggage and open it. There was not even a chair in the room. There was no microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. There was coffee available in the lobby in the morning. There are no breakfast facilities in the hotel. There is a steakhouse for an evening meal but its very expensive. We had difficulty operating the lights and had to have maintenance come up and show us how to do it. There were no instructions on how to use the safe and we also had to have assistance with that.

Great location and great bed linens.

Initially reading the reviews of other guests I was worried this would be an overpriced dump. Yes the rooms are small because in the past people were smaller. Central air worked fine. Fridge in the room. The best was location. Overall i was very pleasantly surprised.

If you texted me when i came back, text me when i am ready to leave at 11:02 am , there was no need to call to remind us.
