El Disappointed ! Great location. Nice gym and pool!

Location was great . Right on edge of downtown. Parking staff was nice. Nice pool and gym. Room was a decent size.

Room was very drafty and cold. It snowed 8 inches the day we arrived. Had to put heat up to 80 to keep it about 70 in room. This made the air very dry . Asked staff for blankets 3 times before we received any took 2 days to get. Drapes were extremely dirty. Hands turned black when touching them. Staff at hotel was not welcoming and helpful. The only one that was helpful was Daisy. All the other hotels were very welcoming even when we just walked in the door. Also went out of their way to be helpful and make guests feel special. The staff at el e dorado was not service oriented at all. Hotel was great location and nice gym and pool but staff acted like we were bothering them just to be there. No coffee or hot water or any water available in lobby like all the other hotels in Santa Fe. Had several charges on credit card for the room which we already paid in full on November 5th. Asked staff 3 times to correct the charges and it is still pending on credit card. Showed them our credit card statement that it was paid . Showed them that all the taxes and amenity fees were included. Gave us an argument each time except Daisy. She actually tried to fix our charges. They are still pending! Facility is nice . Probably wouldnt stay here again or recommend to friends and family due to our experience.

Disappointing

Garage service was excellent. Lobby was beautiful.

Refrigerator in room made too much noise. Somebody else, a woman, entered our room with her key at night when I was not dressed. People making noise in the middle of the night, Talking and laughing.
