Staff was a little slow at refilling water and coffee and there was only a few people eating when we were in the restaurant.

Terrific in all ways! A+

Staff was friendly and responsive. The Hotel is Cosy and comfortable in Santa Fe style. Room was great and had a balcony. The location was in town and walkable to restaurants, shopping and museums. Also the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Avoid this hotel

The location is fine.

We are locals and want to support our community by utilizing the various offerings in town. In this case, we are saddened by the room, no coffee machine, mold in the shower, no soaps, ceiling falling down over the shower. For $385 a night, it was truly disappointing. The restaurant was horribly understaffed. Help came from housekeeping. During peak hours, the fire was dead, took 45 minutes to have our order taken. When my steak arrived, it was burnt beyond being edible. The staff did replace my meal without complaint. Tourism is a significant industry in Santa Fe and I unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. There are other establishments, in the same part of town that can provide a better experience.

We would stay at Hotel Santa Fe again.

Hotel Santa Fe is a beautiful hotel. It is typical Santa Fean in decor. We received an incredible price through Booking.com and had never stayed in this hotel before but had eaten in their restaurant twice in the past.

Check-in was a bit of a fiasco and the reservation clerk was not very friendly, nor did she apologize for her mistake. She called up the wrong name on the reservation and was trying to charge us 3x what we had already paid for through Booking.com. Her supervisor ended up coming to the rescue. He was very professional but damage was done and I think the check-in staff should be the face of the hotel and set the mood.

I have stayed at hotel seven times in last two years for 20 plus nights; staff in main side has zero record of returning guest or recognition or responding to better room preferences , Hacienda side at least has Concierge staff that sometimes remembers visitors.
