We enjoyed our stay very mush, very good value, and would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Sovestro

The Hotel Sovestro is a lovely family ran hotel, all the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was one of the cleanest hotelsI I have ever stayed in, amazing for a 3-star rated hotel. The breakfast was an Italian style breakfast, all the cakes and pastries, you would expect. But also, the cold meat, cheeses and eggs were plentiful and excellent. There was also a good variety of fruit, nuts and yogurts. The breakfast was excellent. There is a shuttle minibus that runs at certain times from the hotel to San Gimignano I would be happy to stay in Hotel Sovestro again.

The main road is very busy, therefore not really walkable. But, there's the minibus shuttle.

Hotel Solvestro had the best breakfast spread out of all of our stays. It was relieving to have so many options to choose from to start our day. The location was fantastic as it was either a five minute drive or a 30 minute beautiful, scenic walk into town. The compound offers two pools which were wonderful to relax at and recharge. It has a gym to workout in and stretch to help combat travel aches. We also were delighted to eat at the restaurant at the hotel with delicious local dishes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. This is a great place to stay overall in Tuscany as it allows day trips to all of Tuscanys treasures.
