Loved it

I can't fault this place, great room lovely pool with fantastic views, lovely breakfast spread .Only a 25 minute walk up a slight hill to San Gimignano which is well worth the walk there and back . Will definitily be back soon .

The place was quiet and peaceful. It has its own parking lot. It is within walking distance of the city - about 15-20 minutes. You can also catch a bus that will take you to one of the main gates in 5 minutes. The view from the hotel is great. There are many pleasant places to rest.

We booked a room with a view but it was the last room in the hotel and half the view was actually the outside wall. It was beautiful though, we just expected a different view because of the pictures. Wi-Fi signal was poor.

Great location, room.

Great location. Bed was comfortable

The AC had been turned off for the entire hotel. We opened our window to get fresh air and a car jumped into our room in the middle of the night. Someone installed screens after the first night so that was better. There were a lot of bugs in our room also. Lastly, the staff would not let my husband drink coffee and do his emails in the restaurant in the morning because he did not buy a full breakfast, even though the space was not busy.

Spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside and San Gimignano and a five minute walk to an awesome vineyard and wine tasting venue.

Nothing not to like, it was a 20 minute walk into town, & a 15 minute walk back, but only because we didn't catch the local bus that almost ran to the door!

Average property, good location, very tired for the price.

The property was walking distance to town, it took us 20 minutes. It had a pool.

It was 38 degrees every day and they turned the air con off from 7am to 2pm each day. This was not disclosed to us before and one of our group had a chronic health condition that made this difficult to manage. The sun lounges were all very tired and broken. In general, this was an average property that was very tired for the price. There were also a lot of rules.

Super relaxing, would come again!

Location is great, easily reachable (we arrived by public transport and the bus station is right in front of the hotel), pool was amazing and relaxing, available bar service, the owners were super friendly. Our room was also very clean and we had a great view, breakfast was also nice. Would come again!

Enjoyed the stay with friends. Great central point for exploring the towns of Tuscany.

The pool was excellent. The view was stunning and breakfast for a B&B was fine.

Possibly could have had something hot for breakfast.

Would stay here again

this place is super cute and quiet. location was great, very close to get into san Gimignano. the pool was clean, there were enough pool chairs there. they didn't have pool towels (from what we saw). the room is good, large comfy beds, clean washrooms. this place is exactly what we thought it was going to be. they have free parking on site which is a plus. great view from the pool.

Highly recommend this hotel!!

Absolutely amazing! Super nice pool, very well located a bit away from the center so very relaxed. The view from the garden/pool is very, very beautiful. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms clean and perfectly sized. We will definitely come back one day.

Short stay.

Room clean and comfortable. Aircon worked well. The pool was amazing, loved the view. The gardens were great and the lavender smelled lovely. Nice walk to San Gimignano town centre. Staff were friendly. Great to have the bar on site.

Unfortunately fridge didnt work in our room.
