Patna Stay

My husband and I were on a pilgrimage, and we planned to stay in Patna Sharda Residence for one night on the 19th December.. As my husband became sick that night, we needed to extend our stay till he got better and kept on extending for 3 nights. The operation manager Shahnawaz Ahmed was very accomodative and gave me all the support from finding the doctor to keeping us comfortable during our stay. From the chef to the room staff and the restaurant staff were all accomdative with all my husband's food requests. A special thanks to Ragul, Bipul, Saurav and every single staff member who were kind to us and helped us during our stay. The room staff accommodated all our cleaning requests without any delay. As a a new hotel, they have exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend Sharda Residency for its safety, cleanliness and for the kindness of the staff. The managed organized the transport to the airport without any hassle for us. As we were coming from overseas, it would have been very hard for us without the hotel staff and the managers help. I wish them all well and thank them from the bottom of my heart It's a very clean and comfortable hotel to stay.

Location is not good. Its inside a narrow street therefore view from the room is very bad. You cant open the window blinds due to this. Theres hardly any space around the washbasin to keep the things

Comfortable stay, clean and tidy rooms, polite and helpful staffs, high standard stay overall!!

The hotel itself was like an oasis in desert. It was an extremely comfortable stay with polite staffs and best of the facilities. The hotel isnt very far from the railway station- making it a perfect choice for travelers. I will definitely stay again here in my next visit and will recommend to my family and friends.

One of the best Hotels to stay in Patna

I travelled for business purpose and found the hotel perfect. Frankly it was better than what I expected in terms cleanliness, staff politeness and helpfulness and overall vibe of the hotel was very serene and comfortable. Dinner was served in my room and was good and Breakfast buffet was excellent with restaurant staff very professional and courteous. Also hotel does strictly doesn't allow unmarried couples so you don't have to worry about unsavory or hanky-panky stuff going on here while you are staying. Room was very good size and so was bathroom. Overall a very positive experience.

While the hotel in-room menu has many selection listed, my first few choices were not available at dinner time. Also the hotel is located a bit far away from any main area.

Good but high room charge and book everything to confirm. No chance of extension

Property is clean well located but in a gully (which is fine). Google maps shows strange way to go so ask the hotel how to reach. Staff were helpful and food was good as well.

Front desk was disappointing. I wanted an extra room and i had to follow up with them multiple times. The room was confirmed by someone in day shift but the night shift guy refused and the general Q&A - kisne bola aapko, kisne confirm kiya etc etc and further discussion for an hour to finally get the room. I was charged higher for that room as well.
