BED BUGS

The view is nice.

BED BUGS!!! BEDBUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! Stay away!!! Notified the hotel about bedbug excrement in mattress creases. Their reaction is to tell us that they see no evidence. They are not doing anything about it!!! So, if you are staying in room 414 tonight, run as fast as you can, it is infested, they were biting us all night, and now we have to deal with all of our things possibly being infected...A nightmare. In their response on Google, they lied about that we didn't let them see the bits on our bodies. They didn't ask. And even if they did, wouldn't that be an inappropriate question to show your body parts? Weird turn of events.

Very close to the beach and stores and city center. Very comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and kind, they helped us book a taxi for our early morning flight .

Good hotel close to the old centre and views of the sea from our room.

Delores, on the front desk was brilliant. The hotel was very close to the beach and towels were provided. The dining room was well provisioned for breakfast and the staff there were excellent too. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

Superb Sebastian Orly Melia!

Fantastic hotel location and lovely Room. Good space for bags and wardrobes to settle into. Also steamer for clothes a nice touch, Generous big bathroom and bath, Comfortable bed and everything so clean. Wonderful friendly and experienced chambermaid Ubuntu with fluent English who was amazing, and also left us extra tea and milk when my parents were visiting! Fantastic to have a tea-kettle in room too, Amazing view of the old town and Monte Igueldo from room 506 ; ) We'd love to return ; )

No breakfast included in the price unfortunately. Beach towels very shabby and could be nicer. Young staff at reception not equipped to help us order bus tickets or print anything ? Would be helpful to provide a printer for guests on the mezzanine please.
