Superb

Marvellous, the staff was exceptional.

Everything, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and satisfied immediately every little request with fantastic performance. The SPA was marvellous and the service discreet, will come back for sure.

Close to popular attractions, staff were friendly and accommodating, it has a gym and a spa, shower could use more cleaning and breakfasts could be better but overall price is reasonable and yes wed recommend this place.

Breakfast could be better by having more traditional selections and less sweets or desserts.

Clean, comfortable and lovely looking hotel

The main building is very pretty and breakfast had a nice selection; the breakfast bag for early starts is a really nice idea. It isn't too far to walk to the centre if you like walking. Our room (once we had the room situation sorted was nice) and being able to book the spa is cool - if you can get a time slot which works for your plans. The daytime reception people were very helpful

When we checked in late afternoon we were given a room in the building at the back of the hotel which just fit a double bed in it, was very cold and dark. Since I had booked a superior twin room I made enquiries at reception as to whether we had been given the right room. Having a fair bit of time and sending a member of staff to check, I was offered to switch rooms to what was still a double room but one which seemed more like the one I had booked. I don't understand why I was made to feel like the awkward customer when I had 2 emails over more than 6 months confirming that I would have a twin room. There are limited times for using the spa and so it must be booked in advance which is fine if you know your plans. The walk back and forth to the centre won't be for anyone who gets fed up walking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

As the hotel had a spa, I thought this would also include a pool. The photos were a bit misleading. My husband wasn't very impressed with the breakfasts. It was a bit further away from the centre of Florence than we would have liked with hindsight and there wasn't a great variety of places to eat/drink in the locality. There is also no hotel bar.

A premium stay, but at a premium price

Was an excellent, premium hotel. Was extremely comfortable, great facilities and an amazing breakfast.

While it was excellent, it was definitely at the higher end of my price point. And although I thoroughly enjoyed it, I would be seeking cheaper options.

Very good

Quiet and serene stay in Florence

Good location, lovely big room, comfy bed. Beautiful surroundings, lovely building, staff generally very friendly, only a 15 minute walk from main tourist area. Quiet and serene hotel.

The hairdryer was pretty useless. The fitness room was not that well equipped.

Relaxing spa hotel in the city centre, walking distance

Classy boutique hotel with outdoor terrace for breakfast and drinks. The Spa is very private and nice to have a spa treatment on a city break. Great after a long flight. Staff were very helpful and friendly, allowing us to wait a while in lounge for our taxi, a couple of hours after check out. Location is just off main centre, so a bit quieter and less crowded. Rooms have high ceiling and well equipped. Nespresso maker is a bonus. Breakfast spread is very nice and of excellent quality. Off centre Location is just right for us as we enjoy walking.

Good but not worth the money overall, I would say it was if the simple things in the room were fixed and adhered to.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The layout of the property is nice. Spa area is nice.

The room was very run down for the price. - A.C wasnt cooling - The bed wasnt very comfortable - The bathroom had issues, broken toilet seat, shower door rollers needed replacing.
