Good hotel, nice staff, good value for money.

The hotel is very cute, with rooms themed to famous painters. The personel is really nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Perfect for a short stay, such as when on a business trip or for a quick lay over.

The hotel rooms are a bit noisy, and you can hear both other guests and the street (while our room was not located next to the street, but in the middle of the building). The hotel is boutique, so it is not like there is a lobby or something like that, so it is more for short stay overs than for long holiday stays.

The location of the room was in a terrible spot, right next to the front desk, with no exterior window. There was no hot water. Hammering and construction started at 7:30am.

good equipment including care products, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer etc

The Room had no Windows!! They should definitely mention this in the description! Besides of that, it is not a suite but a room with a private bathroom.

Urban freezer with no character

The location

QR code did not appear in my phone. The person at the entrance kept holding me without telling me where the apartment was. I could have gone directly to the apartment and enter the code to get the keys but he hold me no reason even when I told him that my parking space needed money. When I finally got a hold of the administrator that had been bombarding me with rental offers all week she didn't understand why I was upset when getting a parking ticket. It was obviously due to their inefficiency. Neither her suggestions or apologies made any sense The facilities had no extra blankets, not enough towels and no kitchen wear or items to cook. As a person that has traveled all around the world and owns an AirBandB, I certainly learned what not to d to my clients.

Quick stop in M City. Just 1 day between elsewheres. Roma is a good hood for travelers.

Roma neighborhood. Good value for the money. Active streets.

The place is nice but overpriced and would have been a terrible experience hadnt we changed rooms as the location next to a very busy street makes the rooms very loud making it impossible to rest unless you dont care about loud street noises and partying people at night. The staff was friendly and changed our room to a quieter one but i was stressed reading google reviews about the place being located next to a night club and people complaining they couldnt sleep at night from the loud partying.
